• Compile a list of those who will be able to help this summer in Thailand.
• Compile a guideline for summer volunteers.

June
• Present Dek Thai Fund to the Brown Alumni Association at reunion dinner in Bangkok.
• First meeting in Bangkok of summer volunteers. Time and place TBA.
• Distribute tasks among volunteers.
• New candidate schools must be found and contacted by the end of the month.

July
• Research each school's immediate necessities, besides books and stationaries.
• Organize and carry out donation trips to these schools.

August
• Regroup and review what has been done so far.
• Finish any commitments that hasn't been done in July.
• Write a detail report of the summer's activities.

• Dek Thai Fund established.
• Search for target schools near Bangkok .
• First visits to the potential schools to assess their particular needs.

Jul 2001
• Bought books, athletic equipments, stationeries, water tanks, first aid kits.
• Organized donation trip to three schools in Supanburi, and three more in Nakorn Phrathom.

Aug 2001
• Organized donation trip to one school in Saraburi.
• Endorsed a field trip to the Bangkok Planetarium and Science Museum .

2002 Academic year
• Fundraising events at each colleges and universities.

Jun 2002
• First meeting back in Bangkok !
• Search for additional needy schools near Bangkok .

July 2002
• Organized donation trip to one school in Nakorn Phrathom.

2003 Academic Year
• Fundraising events at each colleges and university.

March
• Dek Thai Fund Website redone.
• Reach out to unaffiliated colleges and universities across the US for more support.

May
• Relay For Life at Brown University . (Charity/Publicity event)
• Plan for a fundraising dinner event for Fall of .

April
• Raised $180 selling jewelries at the Brown Post Office.
